The process of logo design:

  1. Send Logo Intro email from CP. If client has ordered, this will show up in email template area.
    • Email includes logo DQ: (https://form.jotform.com/70956298309166)
    • When filled out, results will be emailed to design@optimized360.com
    • Copy + Paste results into CP as a note.
  2. Review notes with doctor if necessary and have a clear style that client is looking for.
    • Discuss with Belinda and/or team members to confirm thoughts before starting.
  3. Submit a task for designer (or self) with instructions for 5 concepts.
    • Download logo template here: logo-guide
    • This should be completed within 3-5 days of receiving the notes.
  4. Revisions: Client is allowed up to 5 rounds of revisions
    • This should be completed within 1-3 business days of updated notes.
  5. Approval: Export the files approved files and zip up for client
    • File formats: (all in 300 DPI) JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD
    • Upload to dropbox
    • Submit approval in CP. This will send client an email and also submit a note.
