What are the details of custom content orders?
We will soon start to offer custom content to our clients now that we have Copywriter and the team to deliver the (great!) product. Please note some of the features of each article:
– 300-500 words
– 2 revisions
– 1 week to deliver 1 article – up to 2 weeks for 3-5 articles.
The process is as follows:
Account manager should be managing this whole project, therefore kick-starting the process for CW to start. Account manager should communicate with Alyssa regarding deadlines, notes and feedback from client unless requested by client to speak directly with Alyssa.
1. AM will send out Custom Content questionnaire: should send questionnaire to client: https://form.jotform.com/optimized360/custom-content
2. Alyssa and AM will receive a copy of questionnaire. If client would like to review these notes prior to starting, there is an option for them to select in the questionnaire. At this point, we should set up a call with Alyssa. This can be done by phone conferencing as well.
3. Alyssa will comment in the task where the articles are for AM to send to client (unless she is working directly with the client).
4. Client can submit notes directly on the article or discuss with us. We will provide up to two rounds of revisions.
5. Copy is approved and submitted and placed on website.
